Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're offering to buy that product under these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is confirmed.
Depending on the product and payment method you choose, full or partial advance payment may be required before we process your order — see our Shipping Policy for details.
Use of This Site
Please use this site respectfully. Don't attempt to interfere with how it works, submit false information, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Returns & Exchanges
As a rule, we don't offer returns or exchanges. That said, we understand mistakes happen — exceptions may be approved after we inspect the item.
Eligibility
To be considered for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn beyond trying it on
- In its original condition, with tags attached
- Unwashed, with no perfume, stains, or damage
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that doesn't meet these conditions.
If You'd Like an Exchange
If we approve your exchange request, you'll cover the courier cost both ways — sending it back to us, and us sending the replacement.
If the Mistake Was Ours
If we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, wrong customization, or something arrived damaged because of an error on our end, we'll replace it or refund you — at our own cost.
Customized Jerseys
Once we've started customizing your jersey, the order can't be cancelled. We can't offer an exchange for a spelling mistake you approved before we printed it — so please double-check your name/number carefully before confirming. If the customization mistake was ours, we'll fix it or replace it at no cost to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our logo, product photos, and text — belongs to Jersey Fiesta unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to get every order right, but we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Jersey Fiesta isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses connected to using this site or our products, beyond what's required by Bangladeshi law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally as our business grows. The latest version will always be posted here.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
