Usually 2–3 business days inside Dhaka, and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier availability, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. As a rough guide: around ৳70 inside Dhaka, and ৳120–130 outside Dhaka.

Every product has its own size chart on the product page — compare your chest and length measurements against it. Not sure? Message our team with your height, weight, and how you like your jerseys to fit, and we'll recommend a size. Final size choice is always up to you, so double-check before ordering.

Yes! Name, number, and patch printing are available on select jerseys.

Usually adds 1–2 extra business days before your order ships.

Not normally — but we may approve exchanges in special cases. To qualify, the jersey must be unused, unwashed, unworn beyond trying it on, with tags attached, no stains, no perfume, and no damage — it needs to pass inspection. Unless the mistake was ours, you'll cover the courier cost both ways.

If that happens because of a mistake on our end, we'll replace it — on us, no extra cost to you.

Refunds are generally only given when the mistake is on our side.

WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger are the fastest ways to reach us. Phone calls are best kept for urgent matters.

We sell imported premium jerseys. Unless we specifically say a product is officially licensed, please don't assume it is.
