Inside Dhaka1-3 business days
Outside Dhaka 2-5 business days
Please note that customized jerseys (Name, Number, or Patch printing)
may require additional processing time before shipment.
Delivery times may also vary during public holidays,special campaigns, or due to courier-related delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed,
we begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible.
Customized products may take a little longer to prepare depending on the requested customization.

Courier Partners

We currently ship orders through trusted courier partners, including:
Pathao Courier (Primary)
Steadfast Courier (When Required)
The courier used for your order may vary depending on your location and delivery requirements.

Failed Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your parcel to the shipping address
provided during checkout.If the delivery is unsuccessful because:
The customer is unavailable,The phone number is unreachable,
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,The parcel is refused,
the order may be returned to us by the courier.
If you would like us to resend the parcel, an additional delivery charge will be required,
as courier fees are charged for each delivery attempt.

Once your order has been shipped, you can contact us through
Messenger or WhatsApp for updates regarding your shipment.If available,
you may also use our Track Order page to check your order status.
