Dhaka: 2–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other operational reasons outside our control.
Processing
We review and process orders on the same business day whenever possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. As a general guide:
Dhaka: around ৳70
Outside Dhaka: around ৳120–130
These rates may be adjusted from time to time.
Advance Payment
To help us fight fake and fraudulent orders, all website orders require an advance payment of the delivery charge before we dispatch — this applies even when you're paying the rest cash on delivery.
This advance delivery charge is only refunded if the issue was caused by us.

Once your order ships, you can check its status anytime on our Track Order page.
Courier Partners
We currently ship using Pathao and Steadfast.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because of an issue on the customer's side — a wrong address, being unavailable, an unreachable phone number, or refusing the parcel — any additional shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
If the issue is on our side, we'll take full responsibility.
