At Jersey Fiesta, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
If you receive the wrong product or a product with a manufacturing defect,
we're here to help.Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:
You received the wrong product.You received the wrong size (if it was our mistake).
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product arrived damaged during delivery.
Important:Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery
rider before accepting it.If you notice any issue, kindly return
he parcel to the rider immediately and contact our support team with your order details.
The original Jersey Fiesta tag must remain attached to the product.
Products with removed or damaged tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
You ordered the wrong size.
You provided incorrect customization details (Name, Number, or Patch).
You changed your mind after placing the order.
The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
The original Jersey Fiesta tag has been removed.
Customized jerseys are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer.
Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged
unless the mistake was made by Jersey Fiesta.
If the issue occurred due to customer-provided information,
Jersey Fiesta will not be responsible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, customized,
or shipped.Once an order has entered production, customization,
or has been handed over to the courier,
cancellation may no longer be possible.If you need to cancel an order,
please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:
Contact our support team with your order number.
Share clear photos or videos if requested.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
If the exchange is required due to a mistake made by Jersey Fiesta,
we will cover the exchange process.
If the exchange is requested due to customer-related reasons (such as ordering the wrong size or providing incorrect information),
the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:
We are unable to deliver the correct product.
An approved return cannot be exchanged.
The order cannot be completed due to an error on our part.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
whenever possible.Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Customized Jerseys

Customized jerseys, including Name Printing, Number Printing, and Patch customization,
are made specifically for each individual order.For this reason,
customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange unless
the customization differs from the details submitted during checkout or
the mistake was made by Jersey Fiesta.
